June and July Empties
Gone but not forgotten. Say goodbye to my empties stash from June and July.
Zoella Candy Cream Lotion:
What it is: Body Lotion
How long I had it: months with sporadic use
Feelings: I was really into this fragrance and honestly I ordered a second bottle that I still have stashed in my cabinet. It has a nice soft feel that absorbs quickly and hydrates wonderfully! sadly the candy collection is no longer available :(
Living Proof Restore shampoo mini:
What it is: ultra hydrating and reparative shampoo
How long I had it: probably 8 uses
Feelings: V nice v nice. It softens and smooths hair without weighing it down and smells divine.
Repurchased: not yet but likely when winter arrives
Farmacy Green Clean Cleanser:
What it is: A makeup removing cleansing balm
How long I had it: 2 months daily use
Feelings: I went through this too quickly because I used an aggressive amount with every application. the texture is magical and literally melts makeup off your face.
Sephora Waterproof Makeup remover:
What it is: Bi-Phase eye makeup remover
How long I had it: literal years.
Feelings: It works well but can leave an oily residue so its not great for touch ups. I now use micellar water and needed the space in my cabinet.
Peter Thomas Roth Irish Moore Mud Cleanser:
What it is: facial cleanser
How long I had it: 9-12 months consistent use but with breaks to try out other cleansers
Feelings: This has officially become my go to. If my skin is feeling trash or needs extra clarifying love I will always reach for this muddy elixir.
Kat Von D Lock It Foundation:
What it is: full coverage foundation
How long I had it: roughly 6 months with almost daily use
Feelings: this is my go to foundation. It covers practically every blemish and disquises all my redness and splotchiness.
Pixi Beauty Sleep Cream:
What it is: hydrating night cream
How long I had it: honestly no clue but it was in my rotation for at least a year
Feelings: this soft hydrating cream melts into the skin without clogging pores. Gave wonderful hydration over my serums and never broke me out.
Repurchased: not yet, but most likely to happen soon
Smashbox Primer Water:
What it is: priming and setting mist
How long I had it: 8 months
Feelings: worked well enough although towards the bottom of the bottle its stopped spritzing correctly.
Repurchased: No, purchasing a different one to try out other options.
